Root to Bone Herbal grew from my own years of experience working with bodies and from making herbal preparations for my family and clients. I created this apothecary to offer thoughtful plant based support, education, and a place to begin asking better questions about your body.

Sometimes that means finding the right herbs. Sometimes it means looking at sleep, food, stress, movement, or what's changed in your life. And sometimes, the right answer is knowing when to seek care elsewhere.
