The Healing Benefits of Flowers
Flowers are a universal love language. They say I love you, I miss you, I am thinking of you, Thank you, and so much more. They're beautiful and sexy, calming yet mood boosting, they are everything we can't express in words alone. But did you know that flowers aren't just good to look at? Many flowers are edible and have medicinal properties as well (of course not all flowers are, make sure any plant you eat is nontoxic and edible before consuming). Flowers can be added to teas, tinctures, salads, powdered and baked into bread and desserts or added to drinks like smoothies, plus much more! Just as flowers add a layer of joy and love to a room, adding them to your drinks and food can bring them to the next level. Below is just a short list of some of our favorites!
