Chaga Chocolate Chai & Pumpkin Pie Teas: Steep your chosen blend in 8 oz hot water or warm milk of choice. Sip slowly allowing the warmth and flavor to ground your nervous system.

Sacred Defense Tonic: Take 2-3 ml up to 3 times daily during times of high stress or to help boost immune system. Discontinue use at first signs of illness. Do not take if pregnant or nursing.
