Suggested Use

Chaga Chocolate Chai & Pumpkin Pie Teas: Infuse up to 1 tablespoon in 1 cup hot water, covered, for 3-5 minutes. Add honey and creamer of choice if desired.

Sacred Defense Tonic: Take 2-3 ml up to 3 times daily during times of high stress or to help boost immune system. Discontinue use at first signs of illness.
